Hudson County MLS recognizes that your SAFEMLS token may become lost or broken. This guide will tell you how to seek a replacement token and what to do in the meantime for a temporary password. If your SAFEMLS token is lost or broken, follow these simple steps to get a temporary password:
You must contact the board office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) to get a replacement token before the temporary password expires. Lost Token Policy A $50 token replacement fee will be assessed for a lost token. If your lost token is found before you purchase a replacement token, a $20 reactivation fee will be assessed to reactivate your disabled token. Your token will be reactivated only during normal business hours. If you locate your token after you purchase a replacement token, you can return it to the Hudson County MLS office and receive a $10 credit. Defective/Broken Token Policy SAFEMLS tokens are warranted against defects in workmanship under normal operation. To replace a non-functioning token, contact the MLS office during normal business hours for a free replacement. A broken token must be returned to Hudson County MLS before you can receive a new token. A $50 token replacement fee will be assessed for a token which has been broken due to misuse.
